Step 1

Set up your CGS account

Create your account by using our simple registration process! And, if you prefer, you can also sign in using your Gmail account. It's quick, easy, and gets you one step closer to being part of our community. Let's get started!

Step 2

Select your preferred grading service

Head to the submit card page to pick the number of cards you want to grade and choose the service that fits your needs. Then click submit.

Step 3

Make Payment

It's important to include the name, number, and set for each trading card.

Step 4

SUBMIT your card

It's time to send your graded cards back home, but which return postage option should you choose? You can select between the reliable 2nd class signed for or the secure special delivery, both offered by royal mail. If you want more tailored options and enhanced insurance coverage for high-value cards, we're just a call or email away. Let's make sure your cards travel back safely!

Step 5

Save the Card Reference and Order Number

Now that you've selected your return postage and completed the checkout process, it's time to send it our way. But wait, before you drop it in the mailbox, let us guide you on how to package your card securely to ensure its safe arrival. We recommend putting the card in a penny sleeve, then placing it inside a semi-rigid protective cover, which should then be wrapped in cardboard. Finally, place it inside a sturdy jiffy bag, making sure to add some bubble wrap for extra cushioning. Oh and don't forget to tape over the fold - this little tip will ensure the adhesive on the jiffy bag also stays put.

Step 6

Dispatch your card to us

Here's all you need to know about dispatching it to our team! If you're based in the UK, pop it in an envelope and address it to:

For our EU customers, you'll be sending your card a bit farther - all the way to sunny Spain! Use this address:

But no matter where you're sending your card from, remember to include a note inside with all your contact information - your name, address, email, and phone number. We're excited to see what you've got!

Step 7

Send Return Address, Order and Reference Numbers in your dispatch

Keep your eyes on the prize – your graded cards! Check out My Graded Cards page to stay up-to-date on their grading status. When we mark your card as Dispatched, simply log in to your account to see the results. Stay in the know with ease!

You can track the grading status of your card in “My Orders” and “My Graded Cards” pages. Once a card is marked Dispatched from our end, you can view its grade after logging in to your account.
